Awards, explanation of judging qualities found on the horticulture point scoring form, horticulture commenting
vocabulary, judging procedures, & discussion of two types of horticulture & practice point scoring of them.

Design will include a brief history of floral design, emphasis on the elements & principles of design, general
requirements for NGC Design Top Exhibitor Awards, explanation of judging qualities found on the Design Point
Scoring form, design commenting vocabulary, judging procedure, and practice point scoring of two types of
traditional designs.
